We will meet to understand your requirements and write up a scoping document. Once you have agreed the project scope and estimates, we will set to work within the agreed timescales to build and deliver a working solution. This often requires us to engage with various stakeholders and train the users before handing the system back to the ‘Business As Usual’ team.
