In 2024, Gary Robinson and Mark Battersby took over the investment-international.com brand from Incisive Media (incisivemedia.com) as the inaugural title for the newly launched publishing house Money Map Media.
Shortly after, they acquired a second title, International Adviser (international-adviser.com) from Mark Allen Financial (MAF). (markallengroup.com)
Gary and Mark turned to ESLtech (esltech.co.uk) to provide fractional technology Leadership to their team having worked with them previously.
Adam Kramer at ESLtech has significant experience in management buy outs, B2B media companies and tech leadership and was the ideal person to provide expertise and coordination for a wide range of business critical functions. He advised the management team on the requirements for the transition services agreement.
Adam led the tech meetings with the previous owners team, new and existing service providers to ensure that all aspects of the new business were considered and a smooth transition of services delivered.
ESLtech ensured that the digital properties were moved, ownership of the domains and setup were migrated, the new ESP selected and newsletters continued to be sent, analytics and advertising services were setup and all suppliers and partners worked together to ensure no loss of service to the customer base and a quick progression to the new technology stack.
Money Map Media continues to use ESLtech to advise and manage their ongoing technology strategy.
The teams are now working through a consolidation of technologies to ensure the best systems and processes between the titles are shared across the publishing group as well as a 12-month rolling roadmap of strategic technology projects to increase revenue, decrease business risk and develop further products to deliver better information to the audiences.
