ESL Tech & ESL Consulting combines deep technology expertise with leadership and people development.
We work with organisations to maximise the value of their systems while strengthening the leadership, capability, and culture needed to drive sustainable performance. Our approach is practical, commercially grounded, and focused on delivering meaningful, lasting results.
ESL Tech was founded in 2014, and has been working with businesses to get the most from their systems while building the leadership capability needed to support growth. We provide senior technology support, including fractional CTO services, project delivery, and Salesforce managed services, helping clients make the most of their technology.
In 2026, a new consultancy arm, ESL Consulting, was launched, focusing on leadership development, coaching, and organisational effectiveness, supporting organisations to strengthen their leaders, develop their people, and improve how teams work together.
Our approach is practical and grounded in real experience. We combine business understanding, technical expertise, and a focus on people to deliver results that last. We work with a range of organisations, from venture-backed and private equity businesses to management buyouts and privately owned companies to public sector clients, including the NHS, councils and Housing Associations.
Owner-operated, ESL is built on long-term relationships. We keep things simple and focused, so our clients see real value from the work we do.

We have implemented, improved and managed Salesforce for many of our customers ensuring it delivers critical value to all of your teams.
We can advise on best practice, train users, provide support, configuration, admin and development resources to maximise your return on investment.
You will be allocated a single point of contact, who will ensure you get the service you require. Our account managers are commercial, technical, skilled and tasked to own the problem on your behalf and deliver solutions.
We are Salesforce Partners and also have experience with Hubspot and other CRM’s.

We deliver large and small projects every month for our customers and our approach can be formal or informal depending on your requirements. We will work with you until the project is fully completed. We project manage new website builds, system replacements, data migrations and supplier selection projects, to name just a few examples.
